Double-Glazed Laminated Glass
Double-Glazed Laminated Glass
Double-glazed laminated glass is an advanced integration of “thermal/acoustic insulation” and “safety” technologies. This product consists of two or more glass layers, where at least one is laminated glass (featuring an adhesive interlayer such as PVB or EVA), separated from the other layer by a space filled with argon gas. This structure ensures the glass acts as both an effective barrier against heat and sound while providing superior resistance to impact and sudden breakage.
Features:
- Combination of thermal insulation (double-glazing) and safety (lamination
- Increased resistance against impact, earthquakes, and theft
- Extremely high noise reduction (compared to single or standard double-glazed glass)
- UV protection
- Reduced energy consumption in residential and office buildings
- In case of breakage, the laminated layer prevents the shattering and scattering of glass fragments.
Applications:
- Ideal for windows in residential, commercial, hospital, and educational buildings
- Suitable for glass envelopes of tall buildings
- Doors and glass walls requiring maximum acoustic insulation and safety
- Foundations for anti-theft or bullet-resistant configurations (utilizing multi-layer lamination)
- Green building projects adhering to energy-saving standards
